You have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in leading teams focused on Go-To-Market and General & Administrative roles. Your background includes developing strategic hiring initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring that recruitment processes are efficient and effective. You understand the nuances of high-volume hiring while also managing the complexities of competitive talent acquisition. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and improve hiring outcomes. You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed and developed teams of recruiters in previous roles. You are passionate about building diverse teams and understand the importance of inclusivity in the hiring process. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at balancing multiple priorities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Business Recruiting team at Headway, focusing on both Go-To-Market and G&A recruiting efforts. You will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that meet the evolving needs of the organization as it scales. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process is aligned with the company's mission to improve mental healthcare access. You will mentor and guide your team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that the team is meeting its hiring goals. You will also represent Headway at industry events and networking opportunities to attract top talent. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of Headway's workforce as the company continues to grow and impact mental health care.
