What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Business Recruiting team at Headway, focusing on both Go-To-Market and G&A recruiting efforts. You will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that meet the evolving needs of the organization as it scales. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process is aligned with the company's mission to improve mental healthcare access.
