What you'll do

As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Headway, you will define and execute critical technical initiatives that support the company's mission. You will partner closely with the Insurance team to lead programs that enhance the software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance. Your role will involve transforming complex challenges into actionable plans that deliver measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Your strategic insights will guide the execution of initiatives that contribute to the company's key objectives.
