Overview

Hedra is seeking a Head of Consumer Growth to lead consumer acquisition, activation, and monetization efforts. You'll launch growth experiments and optimize conversion funnels using various marketing strategies. This role requires a strong background in growth marketing and analytics.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in growth marketing, with at least 5 years of experience driving consumer acquisition and engagement. You thrive in startup environments and are comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly to test and iterate on strategies that work. Your analytical mindset allows you to track key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, ensuring that every campaign is data-driven and effective.

Your expertise spans various marketing channels, including paid media, social media, and SEO. You understand how to leverage these channels to maximize reach and engagement, and you're skilled at running experiments to find the best approaches. You have experience with lifecycle marketing, setting up email campaigns and in-product messaging that drive user activation and retention.

You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with product and engineering teams to optimize user flows and improve conversion rates. You enjoy building and leading teams, and you have a bias for action that drives results. You are passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate with consumers and contribute to the company's growth.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel for tracking user behavior. A background in data analysis or a related field will help you excel in this role, as you will be expected to report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

What you'll do

As the Head of Consumer Growth at Hedra, you will own the entire consumer growth strategy from day one. Your primary responsibility will be to launch and iterate on acquisition campaigns that drive user growth. You will run paid media campaigns, manage social media efforts (both organic and paid), and explore influencer partnerships to expand our reach.

You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key growth metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates. You will report weekly on campaign performance, identifying what works and what needs adjustment. Your ability to learn quickly and iterate on strategies will be crucial to your success in this role.

You will also optimize conversion funnels by collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve signup flows and enhance user activation. Your insights will help identify friction points in the user journey, allowing you to implement solutions that drive engagement and conversion.

In addition to acquisition, you will build lifecycle marketing strategies that keep users engaged and encourage them to transition from free to paid plans. This includes setting up effective email campaigns and in-product messaging that resonate with our audience.
