You have a proven track record in growth marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role where you've successfully driven awareness and revenue growth for a technology company. Your expertise lies at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and execution, allowing you to build effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about leveraging data to inform your decisions.
You possess exceptional quantitative skills and are deeply fluent in business intelligence tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems. You have experience building attribution models and dashboards that keep the entire go-to-market organization aligned and accountable. Your analytical mindset enables you to make data-driven decisions that enhance marketing effectiveness and drive business results.
You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and growing teams. You have experience managing a revenue marketing team and are excited about the opportunity to expand it further. Your collaborative approach allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

What you'll do
