Job Description
Who you are
You are a Technical Operator who isn't afraid of the code — you can debug a tracking pixel and configure Google Tag Manager without waiting for a developer. You thrive on data and are a Scientific Tester who treats marketing as a series of structured experiments, knowing how to distinguish signal from noise in the data. As a Scrappy Builder, you enjoy being close to the work and are always learning new tools and strategies to find a competitive advantage. You are not a fit if you prefer to stay at the strategy layer and have never owned attribution or experimentation directly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and own Remi's full acquisition system across platforms like Meta and Google, ensuring clean attribution and tracking. You will run structured experiments across creative, channels, and landing pages, translating data into actionable decisions rather than just presentations. Within the first 30 days, you will have cleaned up tracking, cut wasted spend, and launched your first experiments. By 90 days, you will have scaled spend efficiently and proven at least one new growth lever. After a year, you will have established a predictable growth engine and clear expansion playbooks for the company.
