What you'll do

In this role, you will extract and aggregate data from the invoicing system for analysis and reconciliation. You will analyze errors and trace them back to their root causes using raw data from the appropriate database. Resolving quantity and price discrepancies will be a key responsibility, and you will act with urgency to escalate issues when necessary. You will ensure data accuracy and facilitate the correct flow of information to relevant stakeholders involved in daily activities. Collaborating with internal teams, including Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Procurement, will be crucial in resolving any data discrepancies that arise.
