You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex quality issues effectively. Communication proficiency is one of your key strengths, enabling you to engage with employees tactfully and manage stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills. You excel in time management, balancing multiple priorities while driving projects to completion.
What you'll do
As the Associate Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance, you will oversee the execution of quality assurance initiatives at the site level while providing strategic direction across business units. You will monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead project execution for continuous improvement. Your role will involve developing a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Compliance strategy that aligns with local, state, and federal requirements. You will lead and motivate a team of Senior Quality Assurance Managers and QA Managers across multiple facilities, ensuring adherence to HACCP plans and compliance with all company FSQA requirements. You will be the primary contact for high-impact quality issues, providing updates to the leadership team on KPIs, projects, and team dynamics. Your leadership will champion continuous improvement within the teams, driving FSQA KPIs to maximize regulatory compliance and product reliability.
