What you'll do

As a Line Lead Production, you will be responsible for overseeing a defined area during your shift, ensuring that KPIs and customer requirements are met on time. You will coordinate with other departments to achieve production targets efficiently and maintain the highest quality standards. Your role will involve monitoring workflows, allocating resources effectively, and organizing tasks among team members to ensure smooth operations.

You will promote a safe and positive work environment, enhancing productivity and team collaboration. Your leadership will be crucial in planning and coordinating the deployment of shipping and warehouse staff, ensuring clear task distribution and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
