Who you are
You have initial leadership experience in a production or logistics environment, and you are familiar with processes along the supply chain. Your strong prioritization skills and ability to multitask enable you to manage your responsibilities effectively. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to lead a diverse team successfully.
What you'll do
As a Linienleiter Produktion, you will be responsible for a defined area in the production or warehouse environment during your shift. You will ensure that KPIs and customer requirements are met on time while maintaining quality standards and safety regulations. You will work closely with other departments to achieve production goals efficiently and at the highest quality. Your role will involve monitoring operations, deploying resources effectively, and organizing work tasks.
