What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Toronto campus, ensuring that the office is well-maintained and functional. You will act as the primary liaison for all building management and vendor services, ensuring that high standards are met consistently.

You will lead the workplace strategy, focusing on space planning and capacity management to accommodate teams effectively. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will help optimize office layouts and furniture configurations, supporting diverse working styles and enhancing employee satisfaction.

You will manage the workplace budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and resources are allocated efficiently. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, acting as a lead for emergency response planning and workplace audits.

You will be responsible for fostering a vibrant workplace culture through local engagement programs — your initiatives will help create an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and engaged. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for workplace policies, ensuring that all employees are informed and supported.
