What you'll do

As the Workplace Experience Lead at Chime, you will own the day-to-day workplace experience in the New York office. You will play a crucial role in shaping how the office operates over time, ensuring that it remains aligned with the needs of the teams. You will be responsible for creating an environment that supports intentional in-office moments and connection across teams. Your role will involve collaborating with the broader Workplace team to strengthen the connection between the New York office and the overall company. You will ensure that the space is welcoming and functional, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of workplace initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary range for this role, starting at $98,000 and going up to $135,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the workplace culture at Chime and contribute to the success of the new office.
