What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Culinary Development, to drive food safety initiatives and achieve organizational objectives. You will facilitate supplier and product onboarding, ensuring all new partners meet HelloFresh's compliance and quality requirements. Your expertise will help develop best-practice quality specifications that support standardized implementation across our supply base.

You will analyze customer complaint trends to identify risks and work directly with suppliers to develop and execute corrective improvement plans. Additionally, you will standardize ways of working by creating templates and procedures that align local operations with central food safety standards. Your contributions will play a key role in driving food safety and quality compliance, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and business success.
