Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong technical background in food safety and quality assurance, with a proven track record of building and maintaining food safety standards. Your experience includes working with local sourcing teams and managing supplier relationships to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for driving product quality in the food industry.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and international FSQA colleagues. Your ability to act as a point of contact for various stakeholders demonstrates your leadership and organizational skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement in food safety practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the FSQA Point of Contact for the Nordic Local Sourcing Team, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to this responsibility. You will bridge the gap between local product and sourcing teams and the International FSQA organization, facilitating safe and efficient innovation through the New Ingredient process. The remaining 50% of your time will focus on international PTN FSQA topics, including supplier approval, audits, and performance management.
You will engage hands-on with suppliers to ensure compliance with food safety standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base. Your strategic projects will contribute to the overall food safety excellence at HelloFresh, impacting both local and international operations. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that product quality meets the high standards expected by customers.
