Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in transport logistics or dispatching, ideally supported by a commercial education or relevant professional experience. Your fluency in German at C1/C2 level and good command of English enable you to communicate effectively in a diverse environment. You are reliable and responsible, with a customer-oriented and solution-focused approach to your work. Your ability to work in alternating early and late shifts, including occasional Saturdays, demonstrates your flexibility and commitment to the role.
What you'll do
As a Disponent Transportlogistik at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for demand planning and coordination of delivery personnel. You will monitor delivery processes through a monitoring system, acting as the central contact person for the driving staff. Your role will involve coordinating delivery processes in close collaboration with the customer support team to resolve any issues that arise. You will also oversee the acceptance of goods, including completeness checks and quality controls, ensuring that the boxes are correctly sorted and loaded onto vehicles.
