Who you are

You have experience in logistics or transport coordination, ideally backed by a commercial education or relevant professional experience. Your fluency in German at C1/C2 level and good command of English enable you to communicate effectively in a diverse environment. You are proficient in MS-Office and G-Suite applications, which helps you manage logistics efficiently. Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility are part of your work ethic, and you approach tasks with a customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset. You are willing to work in alternating early and late shifts, including occasional Saturdays, with compensatory days off during the week.

What you'll do

In your role as Disponent Last-Mile-Logistik, you will be responsible for demand planning and coordinating delivery personnel to ensure that our meal boxes are delivered safely and on time. You will monitor delivery routes and oversee the delivery process using our monitoring system, acting as the central contact person for the delivery staff. You will coordinate delivery processes in close collaboration with the customer support team to address any issues that arise. Additionally, you will handle goods receipt, including completeness checks and quality controls, ensuring that all boxes are correctly sorted and loaded onto vehicles.
