Who you are
You have a strong background in finance, particularly in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with experience in managing budgets and forecasts. You are skilled in developing financial models and reports that simplify complex data for business reviews and planning processes. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in procurement and product management, allows you to provide valuable insights that bridge operational performance with financial results.
You are proficient in data analytics and have experience using tools like Tableau and KNIME to streamline reporting processes. Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct thorough variance analysis and prepare insightful commentary on financial performance. You are comfortable engaging with senior management and functional leaders to discuss financial results and identify risks and opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key business partner for the Procurement and Product teams, focusing on the expense side of the P&L. You will develop scalable financial models and reports that align with the company's budgeting and forecasting processes. Your responsibilities will include managing the monthly expense variance commentary and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis to track the delivery of EBITDA goals.
You will collaborate closely with the Accounting & Cost Reporting teams on various initiatives, including the monthly close process and weekly business reviews. Your role will involve conducting data analytic discussions in business review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that financial insights are effectively communicated and understood.
