Who you are

You have a strong background in finance, particularly in financial planning and analysis, with experience in managing expense-related aspects of a P&L. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing insights that bridge operational performance metrics and financial results. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to develop methodologies and dashboards that simplify complex financial data.

You are proficient in using Tableau for reporting and data visualization, enabling you to create scalable financial models that support business reviews and forecasting processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with functional leaders and senior management ensures that financial results and forecasts are clearly understood and actionable.

You have experience in preparing variance commentary and conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis to track financial goals, particularly in relation to EBITDA. Your proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities in financial performance makes you a valuable business partner.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key business partner for the Procurement and Product teams, providing deep insights into financial performance. You will develop scalable financial models and reports that align with the company's budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborating closely with the Accounting & Cost Reporting teams, you will contribute to the monthly close process and support weekly business reviews.

You will manage and prepare monthly expense variance commentary, performing detailed analysis to track the delivery of EBITDA goals. Regular meetings with functional leaders will be part of your responsibilities, where you will review financial results and forecasts, facilitating discussions around risks and opportunities.

Your role will also involve leveraging your knowledge of the HelloFresh organization to streamline planning and reporting models, ensuring they are standardized and efficient. You will engage in data analytic discussions during business review meetings, helping to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
