Who you are
You have a strong background in finance, particularly in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with experience in managing budgets and forecasts. You are skilled in developing financial models and dashboards that provide insights into business performance. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally allows you to bridge gaps between operational metrics and financial results effectively.
You are proficient in using data analytics tools such as Tableau and KNIME, which you leverage to streamline reporting processes. Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct thorough variance analysis and prepare insightful commentary on monthly expenses. You thrive in a mission-driven environment and are passionate about contributing to a company that is transforming the food supply chain.
What you'll do
As a Finance Manager at HelloFresh, you will be a key business partner for the Procurement and Product teams, providing deep insights into financial performance. You will develop scalable financial models and reports that simplify the planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with the Accounting & Cost Reporting teams to support various initiatives, including the monthly close process and business reviews.
You will manage and prepare monthly expense variance commentary, performing ad hoc reporting and analysis to track the delivery of EBITDA goals. Regular meetings with functional leaders will be part of your responsibilities, where you will review financial results and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities. You will engage in data analytic discussions during business review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that financial insights are effectively communicated and understood.
What we offer
HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $111,000 to $124,850 USD, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
