What you'll do

As a Payroll Specialist at Virtu Financial, you will process US semi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls for approximately 670 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. You will also assist with international payrolls as needed, providing support to the finance team on various projects when not engaged in payroll cycles. Your role will involve keeping up to speed with multi-state reporting and withholding requirements, which is critical for compliance. You will assist with various payroll and finance-related audits, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory standards. Additionally, you will provide support to accounts payable and engage with other finance-related tasks and assignments, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.
