What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the production center, ensuring that all activities align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop a strong pipeline of talent, coaching and guiding managers in various functional areas such as kitchen operations, food safety, and fulfillment.

You will be responsible for executing production scheduling and ensuring product quality throughout the department. As a liaison between site operations and headquarters, you will help identify key priorities and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your focus on continuous improvement will be crucial in achieving the company's objectives and maintaining a high-performance culture.
