You have a proven track record in operations and inventory management, ideally within a retail or media context. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and manage complex product roadmaps, ensuring that both physical and digital assets are executed flawlessly. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Your experience in managing global product lifecycles equips you with the skills to drive scalability and efficiency across multiple markets.
You possess strong leadership qualities, enabling you to inspire and guide your team towards achieving common goals. Your ability to streamline processes and enhance operational capabilities is complemented by your commitment to client retention and satisfaction. You understand the intricacies of retail media and are passionate about improving customer experiences through effective inventory management.

What you'll do
As the Associate Director of Retail Media Operations & Inventory, you will lead the global product strategy for HelloFresh's Retail Media Network. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the operational engine that drives inventory excellence and ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly across all markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to unify product strategy and operational rigor, transitioning from single-campaign to omnichannel delivery.
You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring that all aspects of the product lifecycle are managed effectively. Your role will involve providing operational oversight to maximize Distribution Centre efficiency and utilization rates. You will also play a critical role in client retention by ensuring that our campaigns enhance the physical customer experience and align with our core food product.
