Who you are
You have a strong background in business development, particularly in the retail or media sectors, with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. Your experience includes working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and procurement, to achieve business objectives. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have a knack for creating tailored business plans that secure long-term investments.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at managing a robust sales pipeline from scratch. Your proactive approach to outreach and prospecting has led to successful partnerships in previous roles. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are adept at using CRM tools to maintain rigorous standards for pipeline management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead high-volume outreach efforts to identify new brand and agency partners across the Nordic market. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that HelloFresh is positioned as a leader in Retail Media Networks. Your focus will be on driving revenue from suppliers and collaborating with global and local teams to innovate and grow the business.
You will create tailored Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that secure long-term media investments, working closely with advertisers and media agencies to align on goals and strategies. Your role will involve maintaining a rigorous sales pipeline and managing relationships with C-level executives, ensuring that all partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with HelloFresh's objectives.
