You have a strong background in production supervision, ideally with experience in electromechanical assembly and digital testing platforms. What you'll do

As a Production Supervisor at Skydio, you will oversee the end-to-end assembly and testing of cutting-edge autonomous drones. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 45 technicians and leads, ensuring that they are well-supported and equipped to meet production targets. You will balance capacity against demand plans, recruiting and managing assembly technicians to maintain a high level of operational excellence. Your role will involve ensuring that approved processes are followed, including standard operating procedures, quality control, and defect reporting. You will foster a learning environment that encourages problem-solving and continuous improvement, escalating issues to relevant teams as necessary to maintain production flow.
