What you'll do

As the Logistics Operational Project Manager at HelloFresh, you will lead end-to-end projects aimed at expanding the delivery network, including the opening of new depots. You will own project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful delivery while meeting operational, financial, and service requirements. Your role will involve identifying, quantifying, and delivering cost reduction opportunities across the logistics network, applying a continuous improvement mindset to challenge existing processes.

You will drive efficiency improvements through standardization and optimization, utilizing data-led insights to inform your decisions. Your responsibilities will include building clear, data-backed business cases to support investment decisions and tracking the impact of your initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all projects align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to the overall growth of the B2C Final Mile Delivery Network.
