Overview

HelloFresh is hiring an Associate Director of Brand Marketing to elevate the Factor brand through innovative full-funnel strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee brand partnerships and creative campaigns. This role requires experience in consumer brand marketing and managing large-scale campaigns.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, particularly in consumer-focused industries, and have successfully led large-scale brand partnerships and multi-million dollar marketing campaigns. Your expertise in growth marketing tactics across both online and offline channels allows you to drive brand awareness and consideration effectively. You possess strong leadership skills and can guide cross-functional teams to align on brand strategies and initiatives. You are familiar with evaluating creative campaigns and media plans to strengthen brand metrics, ensuring that all efforts resonate with the target audience. Your ability to build relationships with various marketing channels, including social media, digital, and direct mail, is essential for executing tentpole campaigns throughout the year.

Desirable

Experience with data analytics tools to measure brand impact and campaign effectiveness would be a plus. Familiarity with the food industry or consumer goods can enhance your understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

What you'll do

In this role, you will help shape the brand vision and make day-to-day decisions that align with the overall strategy for Factor. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand metrics by overseeing the sourcing and execution of brand partnerships. Your responsibilities will include guiding the creation of high-quality creative assets that align with channel best practices and resonate with consumers throughout their journey. You will work closely with PR and organic social teams to identify new content avenues and measure their impact through brand analytics. Collaborating with Growth Marketing channel leads, you will ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and impactful. Additionally, you will partner with product teams to develop a comprehensive twelve-month strategy that aligns with the brand's goals.
