Your expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis allows you to design and execute tests that inform business decisions effectively. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of Google Analytics, enabling you to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

You excel in translating statistical rigor into business action, ensuring that your findings resonate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Culinary, and Operations. What you'll do

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments across various initiatives, including menu launches and pricing strategies. Your role will involve ensuring statistical rigor in sample sizing and randomization while communicating results in business terms that drive action. You will develop and maintain frameworks for measuring true incremental impact, applying methodologies such as pre/post with control and difference-in-differences to high-stakes decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that tests are well-designed and results are actionable. Your insights will help shape sweetgreen's culture of experimentation, allowing the company to make informed decisions that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for quantifying the impact of promotional campaigns and loyalty program enhancements, translating your findings into strategic recommendations.
