Overview

HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end multi-state US payroll processes. You'll collaborate with global HR teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail and experience in payroll management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in payroll processing, particularly in managing high-volume, multi-state payroll cycles with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Your background includes auditing complex payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments, ensuring that all data is validated and compliant with regulations.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with HR and Benefits teams to streamline payroll inputs and ensure precise tax withholdings and deductions. Your strong communication skills enable you to act as a primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end processing of multi-state US payroll, ensuring that all cycles are completed accurately and on time. You will audit payroll inputs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and accuracy in payroll processing. Additionally, you will support internal audits and maintain detailed records to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

You will also contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success through effective payroll management. Your role will involve continuous learning and development, allowing you to grow within a supportive environment that values diverse perspectives.
