You are a motivated Senior Payroll Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to process improvements in payroll management. Your attention to detail ensures that payroll is processed accurately and on time, particularly regarding employee benefits and leave-related items. You are versatile and creative, always looking for ways to standardize and automate payroll processes to enhance efficiency. You have experience in maintaining robust process documentation and adhering to internal controls as specified by company policies. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are committed to continuous personal development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the payroll processing for employee benefits, including Section 125 Cafeteria Plan items and various insurance programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to brainstorm and implement ideas for process standardization and automation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies while maintaining accurate payroll records. You will also be involved in creating and maintaining process documentation to support scalability and effectiveness amid organizational changes. Your contributions will help enable and accelerate Snowflake's growth, making a significant impact on the company's operations.
