What you'll do
As the Site Director, you will lead all operations within the kitchen and fulfillment center, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. You will partner with leadership peers to launch new product lines and expand customer choice, playing a crucial role in the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include building and growing a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and quality.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Ready-to-Eat operations, from kitchen management to fulfillment processes.
