You have experience in training and development, particularly in a warehouse or operational setting. You understand the importance of safety protocols and operational standards, and you are committed to ensuring that all employees receive high-quality training. You are a strong communicator who can effectively convey information to new hires and existing staff alike. You are detail-oriented and capable of monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with management and other teams to identify training needs and implement solutions. You are proactive in your approach to health and safety, ensuring that all guidelines are adhered to and that a safe working environment is maintained.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for warehouse employees, ensuring that both new hires and existing staff are proficient in their roles. You will conduct onboarding sessions that familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include training colleagues on the operation of MHE, ensuring that they adhere to HelloFresh guidelines. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as warehouse management, quality control, and operations will be essential to identify training needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will also educate employees on the operation, maintenance, and safety guidelines of warehouse equipment, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
