Your consultative approach allows you to effectively engage with clinicians and operational leaders, ensuring they feel confident in adopting new technologies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust with diverse stakeholders, from clinicians to executive leaders. Your ability to observe and coach teams in real-time helps reinforce best practices and improve clinical performance. You are comfortable with up to 85% travel, as you understand the importance of in-person training in achieving early clinical success with digital workflows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead high-touch, in-person training sessions to support dental teams in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows. You will coach teams based on live observations, adapting your approach to meet the specific goals of each practice. Your role will involve not only delivering training but also providing ongoing support and insights to ensure successful implementation of Dandy's digital solutions.
You will serve as a trusted clinical advisor, helping practices navigate the transition to digital workflows and enhancing their operational efficiency. Your focus will be on improving clinical performance and accelerating early success for the teams you train. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the training aligns with the overall goals of the dental practices.
