Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in training and development, ideally within a distribution or operational environment — you understand the importance of effective training in promoting safety and quality. You thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving while helping others grow. You are passionate about developing others and have a knack for facilitating both classroom and on-the-job training. You are comfortable working alongside cross-functional teams to implement training products and support process improvements.
What you'll do
As an Operations Trainer at HelloFresh, you will oversee daily training operational activities within the distribution center. You will assist in managing training requests from the business and facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions. You will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with associates to support their development and promote a safety-first culture through training activities. You will also support internal change management processes for new training products and process improvement initiatives, continuously observing and providing feedback to Training Ambassadors and new associates to foster their growth within the organization.
