Who you are

You have a strong background in transport planning with a focus on B2C home delivery — your experience includes optimizing multi-drop routes and improving delivery efficiency. You are hands-on and proactive, always looking for ways to refine plans rather than accepting system-generated outputs at face value. Your ability to work closely with courier partners and logistics teams ensures that you can deliver high-quality, executable plans that support reliable, on-time delivery to customers.

You understand the importance of drop density and driving time in the context of final mile delivery — your analytical skills allow you to identify and implement route-level tweaks that reduce costs while maintaining excellent customer service. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance delivery patterns and schedules.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and execute daily multi-drop van delivery plans specifically for B2C home delivery. You will actively review and refine computer-generated routes to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborating with courier and DSP partners, you will work to enhance on-road execution and performance, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and to the highest standards.

You will also be responsible for planning regional distribution sequences to guarantee timely arrivals at final mile depots. Your role will involve reviewing base schedules and delivery patterns to unlock continuous improvement opportunities, ultimately driving better service for HelloFresh customers. You will play a key role in closing capability gaps within the transport planning process, ensuring that all plans are not only executable but also optimized for efficiency.
