What you'll do

As the Mechanisms Integration Lead at Hermeus, you will oversee the hands-on assembly and integration of structural flight hardware. You will guide a team of technicians, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams, you will optimize workflows and mentor your team to enhance their skills and efficiency.

You will be responsible for the successful execution of first articles and production builds, ensuring that all components are integrated seamlessly. Your role will involve direct interaction with the Department of Defense, contributing to projects that maintain national security and technological superiority. You will also be tasked with owning the interface between the shop floor and engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
