What you'll do

As an Integration Engineer at Hermeus, you will take ownership of structural hardware from the design release phase through to build, test, and delivery. You will collaborate closely with design engineers to ensure that all structural components are built to exacting standards. Your role will involve overseeing the integration of various assemblies, ensuring that they meet the required specifications for performance and safety. You will also be responsible for conducting tests and evaluations to validate the integrity of the structures.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the design, manufacturing, and testing teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals. Your hands-on approach will be essential as you work directly with the manufacturing team to address any issues that arise during the build process. You will also be involved in developing and implementing testing protocols to assess the performance of the structural assemblies under various conditions.
