You will lead a team of engineers, providing day-to-day guidance and support as they work on various aspects of the airborne infrastructure. Your hands-on approach will involve direct involvement in the design, build, and testing phases of the aircraft development process.
You will own the technical execution of the air segment, ensuring that all systems are ready for ground and flight tests. This includes overseeing the avionics, compute, and communication systems that enable mission autonomy and the operation of payloads and weapons systems. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that all components work seamlessly together.
Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability in the systems developed. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Regular communication with stakeholders will be essential to keep everyone informed of progress and any challenges that arise.
