Your experience in private equity or operational roles has equipped you with the skills to identify promising startups and structure effective partnerships. Your domain expertise allows you to sharpen your investment thesis, enabling you to source ideal software companies that have real momentum and room to grow. You possess a strong network of top-tier founders, investors, and industry experts, which you leverage to accelerate the growth of the companies you back.
What you'll do
As a Partnerships Manager at Hexa, you will source and shape your own portfolio of scale-ups, leading a small team to drive sourcing, analysis, and due diligence. You will work hand in hand with founders during the scale-up phase, providing operational expertise in finance, legal, talent, and go-to-market strategies. Your role is not just about sourcing deals; it's about actively participating in the growth journey of the companies you partner with.
You will help shape how Hexa Scale evolves, refining our playbook and expanding our reach in the European tech landscape. Your insights will be crucial in defining what success looks like for our portfolio companies, and you will play a key role in turning them into category leaders in their respective markets.
