You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the SaaS or EdTech sectors β your experience includes scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in a startup environment. You understand the intricacies of building a commercial machine and have successfully navigated the challenges of a rapidly growing company.
Your strategic mindset allows you to define pricing structures and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences β you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance sales performance.
You are a natural leader who inspires and motivates your team β your ability to communicate effectively fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing change while keeping the team focused on achieving ambitious goals.
Desirable
Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus, as is familiarity with inbound marketing strategies and customer relationship management tools. A background in operational strategy and team structuring will also be beneficial as you help Filiz scale its operations.
What you'll do
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Filiz β your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth and market leadership. You will work closely with the CEO to align sales initiatives with the overall business vision and objectives.
You will lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and develop their skills β your leadership will be crucial in creating a high-performance culture that values results and continuous improvement.
