What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary while also benefiting from uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses based on your performance.

You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, leveraging your training to effectively communicate the value of our services. You will work closely with a supportive team and have access to ongoing company-wide support to help you achieve your sales targets. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, and you will have a clear career path with opportunities for promotions in both leadership and sales.
