What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage your training to understand the best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and fieldwork. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their goals. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and participate in recognition programs, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $65,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $108,000 in your first year, increasing in subsequent years. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. The company provides ongoing support and training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training.
