Desirable

While not required, experience in sales or customer service can be beneficial as you transition into this role. A background in digital marketing or familiarity with platforms like Google, Amazon, and social media can also give you an edge in understanding the products you will be selling.

What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your assigned territory. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions that can help them grow their businesses. Your role will involve a mix of in-person meetings and remote work, allowing you to connect with clients in a way that suits their preferences.

You will leverage your training and ongoing support to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's offerings, which include best-in-class digital marketing services. You will be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. What we offer

Hibu provides a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and the potential for uncapped commissions. In your first year, you can expect on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings in subsequent years.
