You thrive in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field responsibilities, and you appreciate the flexibility and work-life balance that comes with the role.
You value comprehensive training and support, as you will undergo 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job. You are motivated by recognition and incentives, such as the annual Presidentβs Club Trip, and you are keen on a clear career path with high potential for promotions in both leadership and sales.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, showcasing Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that help them succeed in their marketing efforts.
You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, your total on-target earnings could range from $104,000 to $122,000, reflecting your success and contributions to the company.
