What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve both in-person meetings and remote work, allowing you to connect with clients in a way that suits their preferences.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will have ongoing support from the company as you navigate your sales journey. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with first-year on-target earnings estimated between $90,000 and $100,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you and your family are well taken care of.
