What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Each day will be different as you work within a wide variety of industries, making your role both exciting and rewarding. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in your sales career.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year and ranging from $104,000 to $122,000 in your second year. Hibu values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and local team interactions.
