What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will leverage your training to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their business success. Your role will involve a mix of prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in sales. You will also benefit from ongoing support from the company to help you navigate challenges and celebrate your successes.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with first-year earnings projected between $90,000 and $110,000. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you and your family are well taken care of.
