You enjoy cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. You excel at building strong client relationships across a variety of industries, making each day different and engaging. You are comfortable performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management. Your role will involve performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, allowing you to showcase the value of Hibu's offerings.
You will build strong client relationships while working within a wide variety of industries, ensuring that you understand their unique needs and challenges. This role offers a hybrid sales environment, allowing you to work from home and in the field, providing flexibility and variety in your daily routine.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, along with uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. You will have the opportunity to earn between $105,000-$115,000 in your first year, with potential increases in subsequent years.
