You have a passion for helping small businesses succeed and are eager to build your own book of business. Your ability to conduct strong needs assessments and perform virtual and in-person presentations will be key to your success. You enjoy cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, and building strong client relationships across various industries.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling and prospecting to set appointments and conduct needs assessments, helping small businesses thrive and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
You will perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be essential, as you will work within a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. You will also benefit from a hybrid sales environment, allowing you to work from home while also engaging in fieldwork.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $105,000 and $115,000, and year two on-target earnings between $115,000 and $135,000.
