What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Your role will involve identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage Hibu's digital marketing expertise. You will engage with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings and virtual consultations, to ensure their success.

You will participate in comprehensive training programs designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in sales. This training will cover various aspects of digital marketing, sales techniques, and client relationship management. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with your local team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall performance.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be expected to track your progress and report on key performance metrics. You will work closely with your manager to set achievable targets and develop strategies to meet and exceed them. Your success will be measured not only by your sales figures but also by the satisfaction and success of your clients.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year and ranging from $104,000 to $122,000 in your second year.
