You are excited about the prospect of receiving best-in-class training, which includes 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job. What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will drive user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your role will involve a mix of in-field work and remote collaboration, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings.

You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, following up with leads, and closing deals to meet your sales goals. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including the potential to earn bonuses and participate in the annual President’s Club Trip.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $87,000 in your first year and between $101,000-119,000 in your second year.
