What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with year one total on-target earnings around $87,000 and potential for even higher earnings in subsequent years.
You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with Hibu's offerings. You will also benefit from ongoing company-wide support as you navigate your sales career.
